The guest speaker at the Vietnam Memorial is Dr. Michael Rath a two-tour Iraq Veteran.

Veterans Memorial Place in Mankato is in its formative stages, and this is a place where you will be able to purchase a personalized Memorial Paver for the walkway. American Legion Post 11 Mankato or any local Veterans Post in Mankato will be having more information soon. This is going to be a special addition to the “Veterans Memorial Bridge.”
Mankato is in the process of receiving a charter for a new Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter

If you are planning a summer trip to Duluth Minnesota stop by the Railroad Museum to see the
Vietnam exhibits. It is in its last year and members of VVSM, Tom McLaughlin, Gregg Schmidt, Adam Schmidt, Bob Becker, Clayton Hanson and many others were the people who brought it to Mankato and transferred it to Duluth, it is something worth seeing.
